Registration process

Registration deadline April 20th. We look forward to seeing you!

Each player can register for all “Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, and Mixed Beach Volleyball” tournaments simultaneously. We guarantee there will be no overlaps, and they can also play in multiple age categories within the same tournament as long as they meet the requirements. However, we cannot guarantee a waiting period if matches from different age categories within the same tournament are played at the same time.

1) Sign Up Online
Start by filling out the registration form on our website. This is a preliminary step to express interest and does not hold a place in the bracket.

2) Secure Your Spot
Download this handy Excel file to manage your team’s info and instantly view your total entry fee: IWMT-Cesenatico-2026-Rosters

3) Complete Registration
Finalize your entry by sending a bank transfer to WIKIBEACH ASSOCIAZIONE SPORTIVA DILETTANTISTICA (IBAN: IT07Y0854223600000000157685 | BIC: ICRAITRRF20).
Ensure the payment description includes your Team Name, Category andEmail.
To complete the process, send the Excel file and payment proof to info@iwmt.it.

Note: After team submission, our staff will guide you on how to properly assign categories and disciplines to your team’s registered athletes.
